2. Build an audience.
Now that you have identified an area(s) of interest, you need a target audience to promote products and services within that topic. Build an email list and leverage email newsletters. You can start by writing about a problem that your audience has.
To generate sales, you must build a list of subscribers. Using your list, you can reach your audience anytime and anywhere, which is the key to success in affiliate marketing. Once you’ve built your email list, you can start creating new content that will attract more people and hopefully more clicks to your links.
3. Promote products.
Once you've found products that suit your target audience, you can start promoting them. There are many ways you can do this. If you're not familiar with a particular product, you can also try word-of-mouth.
Use social media such as Twitter and Facebook to spread the word about the product. When a visitor buys your product or service through an affiliate link, you'll receive a commission from the sale.
