Italy is possibly one of the most visited countries in the world. Through my visit there this summer, I could clearly see why. From draw-dropping architecture, works of art, delicious food and its long history, Italy has so much to offer.

Rome

The easiest way to fly to Italy is to fly into Rome. There are many direct flights from various parts of the world to Rome.

A popular tourist enclave is Piazza Novana because it is within walking distance of many of Rome’s famous and noteworthy tourist attractions such as the Trvi Fountains, the Pantheon, and Castel Sant ‘Angelo.

A little further we from Piazza Nanona, we see the Colosseum, and the Vatican Museum where we must bear witness to Michaelangelo’s Sistine Chapel.

Florence

My favorite city in Italy is Florence. Fashion, steak florentine, and statues made by famous people! Such as the statue of David. Not to mention gelato cafes on every street corner. That’s the heart of Florence.

Florence is the home of Steak Florentine. The minimum size is 1.3kg. It was more than we could eat. So we shared it with strangers sitting at the table next to us.

Amalfi Coast

Possibly one of the most breathtaking coastlines in the world, the Amalfi Coast. It comprises numerous small towns of such as Positano, Revello, Vietri Sul Mare, and Solerno.

I was awestruck by the ingenuity it took to build houses and cultivate farms hundreds of years ago on the side of a hill.
